Roby Yadegar
Roby founded Yadegar Law PC in 2010 after starting his career at some of the world's top business law firms. A native Angeleno, he is an experienced, entrepreneurially-minded business attorney devoted to providing high-level legal work and counsel for entrepreneurs, professionals, and companies of all sizes.
He began his career as a summer associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, working on high-profile finance and M&A transactions. He then joined the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, focusing on M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity financings, and general corporate representation for domestic and international private and public companies.
After five years at Latham, Roby joined the Media & Entertainment Transactions Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Century City, advising media companies, television networks, tech companies, financial institutions, and investment funds. Before founding YLPC, he co-founded a consumer-facing tech startup — an experience he credits with making him the practical, entrepreneurially-minded lawyer he is today.
